How I Lead
Great design leadership is about more than delivering beautiful experiences. It’s about building the teams, systems, and culture that make great products possible.
I believe great work starts with trust, clarity, and giving people room to do their best thinking. My leadership approach balances high expectations with empathy, mentorship, and meaningful collaboration.
Design is most powerful when it influences strategy. I work across product, engineering, and executive leadership to connect customer needs with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
Enterprise software comes with complicated workflows, competing priorities, and technical constraints. I enjoy finding clarity in that complexity and helping teams turn it into intuitive product experiences.
I’m constantly exploring better ways to work. From AI-assisted workflows to research methods and design systems, I believe experimentation should be part of a team’s everyday practice.
Leadership doesn’t mean stepping away from making. I still love prototyping, exploring ideas, and getting into the details—because staying connected to the work makes me a better leader.
